Accuracy and changing figures

We take figures from official sources such as revenue authorities, central banks, regulators and providers' tariff pages, and we link to them. Each guide shows when it was last checked. But rates, fees, tax bands and rules change, sometimes without notice, and mistakes can happen. Always confirm current figures with the official source before relying on them.

Calculators and Toolkit products

Calculator results and Toolkit outputs (such as cost estimates, feed formulas, business plans and agreements) are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the rates we hold at the time. Actual costs, tax, payslips and results may differ. Agreements and templates are provided as a starting point; for important or high-value transactions, have them reviewed by a lawyer.

The chat assistant

"Ask SwiftPesa" answers automatically from our guides. It can get things wrong. Check the linked guide and the official source, and never share your PIN, password or ID number in the chat.

Investments carry risk
